Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Gratwick App or website (gratwick.io), you agree to these Terms of Use and our separate Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

Compliance and Verification

We may require identity verification (KYC) and ongoing monitoring to comply with laws.

Utility Tokens

Tokens are earned through engagement, actions, content viewing, and referrals. They may be used for proposals, applications, premium features, tips, boosts, and annual reward room redemptions (premium prizes/gift cards). Tokens are not legal tender, securities, or financial instruments; they have no cash value and no guaranteed real-world redemption.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, violate laws, circumvent controls, or engage in fraud.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or revoke tokens at our discretion, especially for compliance or risk reasons.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gratwick is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
